The hotel lobby is nice, the staff was very friendly. The room was dirty, food stuck to the floor, it was questionable if the bed was changed as there were crumbs and hairs in the bed. The sink was overflowing, a prong had broke off the hair dryer and was stuck in the outlet, it would electrocute you when you even tried to use the other plug. Food dried up and stuck to the floor. The beds were like laying on a board. Very uncomfortable. Our room was a conjoining room and in the middle of the night our neighbors were trying to get through the door. Dogs were barking and crying. It was an all around terrible experience and we will not be back.

I booked a double Queen bed for two nights was already paid for and once I arrived to the hotel they tell me they don’t have any more and the only room they had was a King bed and sofa. Which was inconvenient as the sofa was small. They didn’t tell me if there was a price difference or anything

While it was a nice property, I found it was lacking in cleanliness and maintenance. The pool had an overwhelming amount of leaves and bugs in it. My daughter found a cup and fork in the hot tub. I came across two spiders in my hotel room as well as hair in the shower. Not my best experience.

The room was dirty and lacked maintenance. There were hairs sticked on the bathroom ceiling (more than 10). The main door was heavily stained inside. A spider came out out of the carpet rear the walls. Overall the room was not maintained and cleaned properly. :-(

The hotel was quiet and I liked the theme. The pool was great. I liked the Starbucks and convenience of the restaurant. The only issue was the mold in the bathtub and the old faucet.

Hotel was walking distance to the downtown area. It was very clean, but the beds were very uncomfortable and the view out my window was terrible. We were located on the second floor on top of the lobby. Our view was the rooftop.

My stay was very quiet and relaxing as I wanted it to be during the New Year holiday. I was able to work a little bit too. My check-in was great and very easy. Everyone was very nice. I really enjoyed my staycation and would be glad to stay here again.

The best thing about this check-in was the courteous female receptionist who somehow checked me in so quickly. It felt good to leave my car and get to my room so snappy.
