零號酒店(Zero Hotel)

Merveilleux boutique hotel dans le quartier le plus plaisant de Valparaiso. Belles chambres vastes et lumineuses, état impeccable, environnement super calme, merveilleuse vue sur la baie et jardin fleuri en terrasses. Romqntique à souhait..

Hotel Zero was perfecto! We only had one night in Valparaiso and we wanted to be in the center of the artistic cultural area but close to lots of transportation to get around the area. Hotels had gorgeous gardens and sitting areas with epic views. It was intimate with fun and loveliness right outside the door. Room was pretty and very clean and also had incredible views. Highly recommend.

Great 2 night stay in Valparaiso. Very comfortable room, good shower, good breakfast and very friendly staff with good English language skills. Best thing is the location, safe quiet neighbourhood above the city. Easy to use as a base to walk around a very interesting city. Three tips. #1 We got here via Valpo bus station, walk to metro Baron station and journey to Puerto stop. Then walk to El Peral Ascensor, up the hill then short walk to hotel. With backpacks. If you have wheeled bags a taxi will be easier. #2 no hotel sign outside so look out for the number and intercom on the door. #3 Stay here in Valparaiso and do a day trip to Vina del Mar via the metro.

This hotel is delightful. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, the view from our room over the harbour was amazing. And it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was comfortable and beautiful. Sadly, we only were able to stay here one night en route for Santiago and then on to Peru. But I would highly recommend it to anyone. Lots of lovely restaurants in the area and great walking. More time to explore would’ve been fabulous.

Overall, this is simply not a four star hotel. Service was almost non existent, rooms were dated, old and due for an update, sheets had holes or were fraying. Breakfast was inedible. I have stayed at nicer Pensions in Europe. I think ********** needs to update the listing for this hotel.to no more than a two star. There is also no restaurant on site, only an honor bar.

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado en la zona turistica del cerro Alegre en Valparaíso. Muy buena atención del personal, piezas cómodas y rico desayuno. Totalmente recomendable.

Debo agradecer la tremenda experiencia que significó estar ahí. Una atención muy buena, nos recibió un español con excelente disposición y cordialidad. Dormitorios con vistas que pocos hoteles cuentan, en reiteradas ocasiones al mirar por la ventana me percate que la fachada era parte de la postalde fondo de muchas fotos que se sacaban turistas. Los interiores del dormitorio era retroceder en el tiempo, con finas terminaciones y un baño con tina que permite recuperar la energía de tanto recorrer cerros. Un buen desayuno, te permite seleccionar entre varias opciones. Espacios comunes que cuentan con bar de auto servicio basado en la confianza ( algo admirable para estos tiempos) Lo recomiendo 100%
