After returning to the room from an event, we discovered the door does not lock behind you; you can literally open it without the key card. Then you had to shut the door by lifting a little cause it was sagging. Went to bed around 1am and I know I secured the door with the bar latch and the security lock, but when I woke up at 6:30am, the latch had been undone, and the door was open about an inch. Now I’m not gonna claim anyone came in cause I haven’t noticed any belongings gone but it would have been nice if the manager on duty show some sign of care or urgency in verifying on the cameras whether someone entered the room while we slept. She said they changed the password to the cameras but didn’t try to reach out to the GM to get it now. Instead, she left notes for the GM to review Monday. Not to forget, the shower head had mold on it around the water spouts. I will be reaching out to Hilton corporate.
