弗多斯塔萬怡酒店(Courtyard Valdosta)

The rooms were clean, the front desk person was very attentive and knowledgeable

The air conditioning in our room did not work, nor did the refrigerator get to a temperature that would actually keep the food cool. There was no body wash in the shower either. Since we had checked in late at night, my child was asleep by the time I realized all of this. The next morning, I informed the front desk staff and she said I should have told her the night before or we could have move rooms, but that wasn’t an option for me with a sleeping child after a long day of travel. This property is not up to the standard of Courtyard Marriotts, and felt more like a low budget hotel using the brand name only.

Property is not the same property pictured in the listing. The place hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Shower head was about to fall out if the wall. No soap in shower.

Our room had a conjoined door with a lock that didn’t function properly. Since it was late and we were on the road all day, we just moved the dresser to block the door and called it a night. Definitely not ideal.

I did not like how thin the floors were. I could hear every footstep from the people above my room.

Noisy family of kids jumping on the bed in the room above us. No breakfast included. However, was very clean, cool room, comfortable beds, etc.

The staff was really good no problems there. The problem we had was the people above us banging, jumping off the bed, making loud noise all threw the night even after the desk lady called them 3 times to stop. She was lovely and moved our room for the issue. So only problem was the other guest other then that we like the place

Room 325 smelled bad- very musty. The kind of musty that makes you think it’s wet and there’s mold somewhere. Was otherwise fairly clean. We paid $20 extra for full breakfast and were told it was not available. Checked out at 9am.

Super convenient to restaurants shopping and the interstate. Property is very clean, easy to get too, quiet and staff is super friendly!
