Atipax鹽酒店(Hotel de SAL Atipax)

The room has poor sound insulation, insufficient heating, and is relatively cold in the room. It is far from the town center, inconvenient to eat, poor service, and even unauthorized entry into guest rooms, resulting in poor accommodation experience.

Upon arrival we were shocked by the surroundings of the hotel, a 20 minute walk from the city center of Uyuni (although the city center is not very developed either), and the hotel was surrounded by construction sites and sandy roads/ unpaved dust. However, once we entered the hotel we received a warm welcome from the owner, he offered us coffee and cookies while we waited for an early 10am check-in. The hotel interior and rooms are well decorated, clean and spacious. Free wifi and hot water flowed all day.

The hotel is normal, it is more like a house with rooms. The rooms are comfortable, the sheets and towels could be better. The breakfast is good, the staff is friendly. José, the owner is only friendly if you hire tour services with him. The moment you tell him that you are not going to contract with him, the kindness disappears. Breakfast is fine. The heating is poor. Something very uncomfortable is that it does not accept card payments, only cash. The hotel is 12 - 15 minutes from the center of Uyuni, which is where all the restaurants and bars are.

The moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted by an ambiance of sophistication and warm hospitality. The rooms, adorned with contemporary decor and plush furnishings, offer a haven of comfort. Each detail is meticulously curated, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests seeking a respite from the city's hustle.

The hotel is a bit distant, but the hotel does the transfer from the airport to the hotel for free, calls the city's cheap mega taxi when you need it, and the city is small. Dom José and his staff are extremely careful with the 'salt' hotel, clean, large and equipped rooms and bathrooms, a great breakfast and many goodies. The refrigerator in the room is free. A bottle of Bolivian wine on the table. Dom José helps you with everything quickly and with perfect advice.

Quartos amplos, limpeza excelente, muito confortável. Chegamos cansados do onibus de La Paz para Uyuni e apos 10hs do percurso, encontrar um local agradável para tomar um banho para recarregar as energias e tomar um belo café da manhã, foi sensacional.

New and beautifully decorated hotel. Large, well-appointed room, modern bathroom, in room seating, and plenty of space. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. On the negative side, the hotel still seems to be under construction, so there was lots of building noise during the day. Also quite a bit of noise from whoever lives upstairs with their kids. The hotel is on the very edge of town in Uyuni. Outside, it's a dusty desolate wasteland and about a 10 minute walk back to the town center. Whilst the breakfast was excellent, the 'restaurant' menu was limited and poor quality.

Wonderful hotel, very clean, the showers are very well done for the area. It is an oasis of comfort and cleanliness! José did a great job welcoming us and taking care of all our needs. We combined a visit here with a tour and it was a great combination.
