Booked this hotel 6 months ago. On arrival the guy at the front desk said the maid didn’t show up so all the rooms were dirty. We said we didn’t care had a long drive just wanted to go to bed He refused to give us any room. I asked him to show us a dirty room and still refused. He had refused a lot of clients that night. So I got thinking why would u lose thousands of dollars and piss clients off. So in around about way I learned they overbooked so they overbooked the hotel and screwed the clients who booked way ahead of time. No email, no phone call, just refused us. Asked for management but they didn’t response. It was thanksgiving day. Now they have lost two families in future sales. will along with the other people they denied. Never book at the Quinta again. What kind of management leave people stranded? Terrible terrible
