Had a confirmation email sent by this hotel for an online booking, that I did 10 days before my visit. But when I reached hotel that morning with my family, the guy at the reception said no rooms available. Online booking doesn't mean anything. He said I should have called the hotel to confirm the same. Moreover, the check-in is from 12 noon to 12 noon. So for my stay for 1 day (7am to 6pm) I should pay for 2 days. Disgusting ! The local auto driver suggested “KANI RESIDENCY” which is also 3 star & was reasonably good. Check-out is 24hrs from check-in

Poor access dirty bathrooms broken tiles choked drain in shower area chipped furniture low quality food poor breakfast offering .. never go by the souped up photos on site

We are staying here for 4 nights and I am writing this review from the hotel room. The location is a bit isolated no shops nearby, We are 3 members and paid extra person charges for the 3rd member. While breakfast is complimentary for 3, this Hotel has a policy of providing only 2 water bottles, that too 500 ml water bottles even though they have collected extra person charges. It appears to be a ploy to force us to buy water bottles from room service which costs Rs. 60 per bottle as there is no shops nearby. Housekeeping is poor. The kettle kept in the room was stinking and we had to request for another kettle. The lobby and the passage to room is filled with the toxic smell of cigarettes. Room service is very delayed. Breakfast is another joke. Most of the dishes would be empty even around 9 AM. Only after repeated reminders, would they refill it at their own convenience. Overall, it is better to avoid this property unless there is no other option. Absolutely no Value for Money.

Good place if you come for business or leisure trip. Better to book via phone directly to reception than online booking. Direct phone booking has customisation options to suit your needs. The staff is courteous and helps with reservation in clear English.

Great hospitality overall excellent stay……. Very nice hotel near to sea, one can have a view of Sea from room. Staff is very attentive and professional in their approach, a full incredible welcome experience and a quick check-in, keep up the great work.

Gross and dirty. The shower doesn't drain so we just had standing water sitting in it. The tv cable box didn't work so no reception at all. The wifi doesn't work in the rooms. Would never stay here again.

The property didn't accept the booking from *******. I booked through ******* only after enquiring that whether it was ok for them to checking early. But, they didn't accept the online booking and we dad to rebook again in the property and because of this we couldn't able to checking a bit early and had to wait 6 hours to checkin the room. They should remove the listing if they are not accepting the bookings from this site.

Went to friends staying in guidy, stayed in hotel for one night. Had enjoyed the hospitality. Food is good, the staff is good and polite. The rooms are awesome 👌, have stayed in sea view rooms as the hotel is situated near sea. It is 3-4kms away from railway station. Thanks for the nice hospitality 😊
