圖萊裏希爾頓歡朋套房酒店(Hampton Inn & Suites Tulare)

Bien situé par rapport aux parcs Soquoia et Yosemite. Petit déjeuner compris assez complet. Équipe très sympathique

As soon as we walked in the room smelled like cow manure….. the room was dirty. I asked fora clean room and was told I had to purchase a new room because I paid through a third party. I will never stay here again!

The fan in the room kept running even when turned off. We were offered a different room, but it was late at night and the attendand was busy checking in some new arrivals. We waited for over 20 minutes holding our belongings by the door for her to come and take us to our new room. Once there we couldn’t sleep for hours, as the guests in the adjacent room were having their tv on very loud. Not the attendant fault, but we did not have a very pleasant stay☹️.

The breakfast was cold. Especially the eggs and sausages.

generally, the staff was pleasant. however, they were repaving 1/2 of their parking lot and it was so poorly planned that I either had to leave earlier than i wanted or take my luggage, (suitcase, computer, cooler) down the hill and across the street to where they arranged for us to park. this was because they were starting to repave the 1/2 I was on at 8:30 AM and the other 1/2 would not be ready for parking until 10:00 AM. I asked if there would be someone to help me take my 'stuff' to the remote parking lot. I was told "No".

The hotel did not provide the room type we booked and would not correct it. We booked a 2 queen bed room but they said none were available at check in. The put us in a single King bed room with a pull out couch for the second bed. The was completely unacceptable however they would not do anything about it.

Mal olor en los elevadores, y algo sucios los alrededores.

Bed and room seemed clean but the shower door was moldy. Carpet needed vacuuming really bad in the elevators.
