Llegamos y la habitacion sucia, botella en el frigobar, cabellos en el bote de basura. Comente y no me resolvieron nafa, dormimos esa noche y amanecimos todos picoteados de CHINCHES!!! Asqueroso! MUY MAL MANEJO DE ESTE TIPO DE SITUACIONES!! No vuelvo a quedarme en ningun hotel de esta empresa

This experience was not so good. The staff at check in was rude. When my husband, whom the staff hadn’t met, went to the desk to ask for an extra key to our daughter’s room, they just gave it to him. No questions, no identifying if this man should have a key to that room, nothing! That is a huge safety concern. I guarantee, we will not stay here again.
