I appreciated that the night shift staff did come pick me up from the airport when my flight arrived late, beyond their normal shuttle hours. The driver was friendly and helpful, assisting me with my luggage, helping me check in, then taking my luggage to my room.
This room was cleaner that the last time I stayed there, although the floors were gritty. The room amenities were also missing face soap, coffee cups to go with the coffee maker provided, and no packets with sugar/creamer/stir stick, etc.
The only other problem was on my arrival close to 1 am, I was told breakfast was available from 6-10 am. When I arrived at 9:15 the staff said I’d missed it- it closed at 9. And the lobby coffee pot was missing. I learned it was being refilled, so waited to get a cup as I couldn’t access coffee in my room.
