The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The shower looked clean but had a moldy odor. (I think the affixed rack for Dove shower products may have mold behind it?) I would still recommend a stay.

Personnel peu accueillant, peu nombreux, que l’on dérange à l’accueil. Ville sans restauration ou presque le dimanche. Peu de points intérêts sauf les installations thermales à proximité. Ne vaut pas le déplacement ni le séjour.

Hotel was completely under construction and was never told so we had to stay regardless. Fans from construction on 3rd floor stayed on until hour before we went to bed. Elevator was turned off at 7 pm and was still off the next morning at 9 and we and and an older couple had to drag everything down the stairs. Had to use a bathroom when we got in and had to use the employee bathroom because we couldnt get to the public bathroom with all the construction materials around.

Nice hotel. They are renovating the lobby so it was dusty and noisy but the staff were very good and the renovators made a very good effort to make it easier.

Nice Hotel, some of the furniture in the room could stand an upgrade, other than that, comfortable and clean.

Everything good except the two most important items - bed & shower. Bed looked like it had been made by a 2 year old & pillows were flat, mattress hard. Shower floor was very slick. Could definitely have caused a slipping issue!

The Holiday Inn was easily accessible right off the freeway. The room was nice and big. Must’ve been a busy weekend because it was a busy hotel with some noise in the morning. The coffee and eating area was nice and roomy. I liked the chairs and couches in the back of the room where we could sit and talk and eat and be out of the hustle bustle of the food.

Everything was great checkin was easy n fast. Forgot toothbrush they brought me one. Breakfast was good.
