Great place! Location doesn’t feel great, by the Highway but it’s actually pretty quiet.

Everything was great except for the pillows that collapse into nothing, making it difficult to get a good nights sleep. The bed was also lumpy and soft. We also only got one breakfast voucher even though we stayed 2 nights. No big deal because we usually go out to breakfast the day we leave anyway. We stay here once a year, sometimes twice, and feel it’s the best hotel in town. The positives outweigh the negatives.

Stopped on our way to crested butte and was very clean, easy walk to Walmart for things we forgot, and a good breakfast included. I also forgot my pillow but didn’t realize it until a few days later so we swung by on the way back just to see if they still had it, and sure enough it was at the desk with a note on it, so grateful!!!

The manager and front desk staff were all very friendly professional and helpful with suggestions of places to eat, the school we were to see for my son, safety of the town and things to do in the area. The parking lot, lobby, hallways were clean and safe along with the rooms.

This was the best La Quinta Inn I have ever been to. if they all were like this, I would stay at them exclusively. The room was fantastic, the breakfast was over the top good with multiple hot options (including eggs with Gree Chili, sausage, potatoes, and more!) excellent service, and the price could not be beat.

Only stayed one night and came in super late. The front desk person was so nice and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable, room was clean and well stocked with needs. WiFi was sufficiently fast. Breakfast was great with a nice variety. There is nothing I could complain about. Great experience!

We have stayed at this LaQuinta several times. And each time, we call ahead of time...before making our reservation....to make sure the hot tub is working. Since we don't USE or NEED any other of their amenities but the hot tub...we've learned...the hard way....to call ahead of time to make sure it's working. We did so, THEY lied...in that....the hot tub was working but DIDN'T have HOT water! I am SO done with La Quinta...and especially the one in Trinidad, CO! PS. the mattress in our suite was like sleeping on BOARDS! Go somewhere else...at least at the Holiday Inn told us the truth about their hot tub. Poor management even after we brought this to their attention. We weren't compensated anything for our troubles!

We arrived and due to volume, they upgraded us to a fabulous room. Large, king-sized suite. They had excellent suggestions for dinner and were overall very friendly! Breakfast was top notch! Would highly recommend!

Above average room and property. Some of the nicest most helpful staff to will ever meet. Breakfast a little disappointing but not awful. I would stay again. I did have dinner at a local BBQ place and that was very good.
