特拉弗斯城易孔娜酒店(Econo Lodge Traverse City)

床不舒服，馬桶蓋沒有蓋，衹是坐在旁邊的地板上。火災探測器根本不在房間裏。鏡子上面的燈壞了，吹風機也壞了。在有人接聽之前打電話給前台 5 次。

Old run down place that is trying to upgrade. No toilet paper holder, toilet seat would not stay up, no shelves in the shower for soap, phone was dirty and old, smoke detector was old and yellowed, not sure if it worked, mattress was uncomfortable and noisy, dirty continental breakfast bar with coffee maker broken, lack of employees. Not what I expected from a Choice Hotel.

If you are looking for the type of accommodations that provide a hair dryer in the bathroom, this place is not it. If you only need a place to lay your head, it probably won’t hurt you for a night or two. The sheets and pillows appeared clean. The towels looked 20 years old- thin, worn, and not at white as they once were. The window did not close all the way creating a safety concern. It looks like they replace things only when absolutely necessary. The shower walls looked newer, and there was an updated mirror in the bathroom. However the shower floor was old and did not match. The walls had holes from remodeling, that were never patched or painted. The door jams in the bathroom and bedroom of the “suite” were splintered and glued back together. The night clerk was very friendly. The day clerk spent her time smoking in a lawn chair outside.

The faucet handle in the shower was reversed. the blue setting produced hot water and the red produced cold water. very difficult to get a hot water setting with the narrow range of hot water settings. The toilet seat was not secured on the toilet. It shifted from side to side when you sat on it. I had to finger tighten the nut on the bolt that secured the seat. Construction crew that roomed on the floor above us was very noisy. House keeping did not put fresh towels in the room after we specifically asked for them. Had to make a trip to the front desk for towels. Ran out of toilet paper and had to make a trip to the front desk to get some

One of the worst hotels/motels. I paid around $200 per night. The place looks really bad from outside, when we pulled up, my daughter started to cry. Our room was not cleaned properly. Toilet was dirty, a shelf with safe fell on me and my son got pink eye. Front desk lady was nice, so that was one good thing about this place, but basically it was really bad for that kind of money. I will never stay at this place again and tell everyone to avoid this place.

This Econo Lodge was the absolute worst motel I have ever experienced. The exit door was broken, the window in our room was broken, both with signs saying so. There was no bar or hangers to hang clothes, the bathroom was dirty, the hall light didn't work and the woman at the desk was unfriendly.

Sheets had sand on them! I told front desk in morning. Housekeeping never came. Coffee maker didn’t work. Shower curtain dirty. The late front desk guy was very helpful and apologetic.

Hôtel sale, loin de Traverse City avec un personnel détestable. A éviter à tout prix.

This place is disgusting, floor was dirty, bathroom was dirty, hair all around the tiles and it was smelling bad. This is NO GO!
