The only thing I could really say was our dinner was not hot it was warm , it was only that we were tired that I didn’t send it back . But other than that everyone was friendly and beautiful

Stay in Townsville regularly on business - well appointed rooms, good food options. Parking not ideal as it’s across the road and not undercover Definitely recommend

Theres a door between 2 rooms which is weird and make me feel unsafe someone can get in the room in mid of the night Staff opened the door and came in to fill the minibar without getting the consent.

It was a disaster , the last 2 days my son got food poising from the breakfast buffet,at the hotel. Was not even compensated for the breakfast. All the hotel provided was someone to take a report and 2 pieces of toast and 3 cans of water . Won’t be going back or encouraging friends to go . I had to get my little boy to a dr and have medication ubered to the room as he could not even keep water down .

Always love coming to this place. Food and Cocktails on the Terrace always enjoyable and inexpensive. We were more than happy with our room which was immaculate with tea and coffee facilities. Dinner at Miss Songs was excellent. Staff very obliging and courteous. Our favourite place to eat in Townsville. We often catch the Ferry across from Magnetic Island to go to the ****** for Cocktails and tapas. Easy short walk from the Ferry Terminal. Highly recommend De Ville.

We live in Townsville, but wanted a pre Christmas getaway as a couple. I could not have of asked for a better place. Thank you

I have stayed at the Ville quite a few times and have always loved it. I found this stay to be lacking. The staff were average the facilities were presented like they were on a budget. For $480 a night I would expect a couple of bottles of water in the room but sadly none. The Valet's were the worst did not go out of thier way at all to accommodate any requests.

Good hotel except Pool shuts early and very overpriced to stay here as getting older now
