洛杉磯託倫斯/雷東多海灘居家酒店(Residence Inn Los Angeles Torrance/Redondo Beach)

2階に部屋にスーツケースを持って上がるのは大変でした。エレベーターはありません。朝食も無料の域でした。お風呂は2人続けてはいれません。お湯が出なくなり1人入ったら30分以上あけないと水です！

This hotel has been our go to hotel in the past but unfortunately this will be our last time staying here. The grounds were dirty and it felt unsafe. People living in their cars in the parking lot and it feels as though people live their permanently. Trash was everywhere. I walked around in my socks in the hotel room and after an hour they were dirty. What was most inexcusable was that we asked for housekeeping to come and clean our room after the 4th day of our stay and they did they did not change our sheets. Overall a very poor experience.

The room was fairly clean. Didn’t have enough shampoo in the dispenser or the shower gel. Room was a bit smelly. The breakfast was good. I didn’t feel safe since we got our room way in the back of the property. There was a white Altima with the front passenger door open all night. Someone was like sleeping there. If they got a room why stay inside the car. I did mentioned it to the lady in front desk and she said was oh yea he’s staying here. I’m like really.

Easy check in. Lots of parking … but they charge you for parking. Grounds were nice … but lots of house keeping items sitting on the ground. Things like trash bags and linens taken from the rooms. Good breakfast. Nice pool area … but too small for the amount of rooms. The hot tub switch was located a long distance from the hot tub. All though the parking was secure the property it’s self was not. Anyone could walk in right off the street. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping. A few miles to the beach and redondo beach pier.

The bath in the bathroom was clot. The shower needs to be updated. The costumer service was great I forgot his name. But he was working on July 29 Friday like around 2pm he was very good with us.friendly nice great costumer service to us. Maybe they should upgraded the rooms soon. Clean but outside a little bit dirty on the ground.
