Check in clerk was very helpful in giving directions needed and did check in very effienciently.

It’s old and outdated. The property could use some major upgrades and the staff is lazy.

Beautiful clean and friendly . They have a lil arcade pool table and great breakfast

Long wqlk from lobby to elevator. Was charged a rqndom $73 about 18 hours after checking out. Check your card statements.

The property is located downtown Topeka and easy access back to I-70. It has a beautiful lobby and hangout area. The building is old and you can tell by the wallpapers peeling off the walls.

This place has really gone downhill since the last time I stayed here. My room key didn’t work, many of the rooms are now apartments and the bar is now closed. I should have stayed somewhere else.

The hallways and room are just old looking and run down. My mattress caved in slightly and you could hear the springs. It needed to be replaced a decade ago it sounded like. It was just grungier and older than I felt it should be for a convention center and the price it cost.

1 staff rude 1 staff very helpful I requested an early check in a day in advance and was “granted it”. I called the morning off just to double check before I got on the road to come into Topeka and was “ensured” I’d be ok. Arrived only to be told there was no early checkin for me. My room was ready but it wasn’t “inspected/ green light” yet. I waited 3 hours and still wasn’t able to check in. How long does it take to “inspect” a ready room. I won’t be staying here again.
