Great amenity. I'm a repeat client and I'll be back, as long as they have vacancy, next time I'm in Toowoomba.

I booked a room for my eldest invalid sister to stay two nights for a Toowoomba meet and greet of her group, and the managers of the motel went to some length to ensure she got the right room for her needs. She thoroughly enjoyed her stay (including the supplied breakfasts). We were both most impressed with the room and the service, and will be using the Jacaranda Motel again.

Spent 2 nights here recently while visiting Toowoomba for flower festival.The motel is iñ a convenient location,close to city centre and plenty of eateries.Check in was very smooth and quick.The girl on reception was lovely.Good designated parking out front. My room was very spacious,clean and had everything you needed.Microwave,kettle,fridge and nice modern TV which even had Netflix,Stan and Disney.The complimentary breakast included cereals,bread for toast,a pancake maker,tea,coffee and juice.It was simple but much appreciated.I think the Jacaranda represents excellent value for money.Would definitely stay here again.Thank you

Very welcoming staff. Good rooms with comfy beds, clean rooms. Not expensive. 24hr checkin/ easy checkin. Safe undercover car park with security cameras. Free breakfast with PANCAKES🤣 Definitely happy to be a return customer ☺️

Terrible experience. On arrival check in was painful we was travelling with a pet and they had double booked our room, they moved us to another room and charged us an extra $20 for their mistake. my hubby was waiting in the car wondering why it was talking so long. I explained what was going on. There was three police cars in the car park some incident had happened previously, which happened to be in our room, the receptionist told us to wait while she cleaned our room. When entering the room it absolutely stank of cheap cleaning fluid, I almost vomited at the smell, disgusting. Hubby went and asked one of the cops what had happened and did we need to be concerned, his reply was “we are not at liberty to say” the room was terrible it felt very exposed to the outside. Even my dog was adamant he wasn’t going in the room.We was booked in for two nights, I couldn’t stay there, it was very upsetting, we found another motel, no offer to refund our money was made, but was just glad to get away…

We have stayed here a couple of times before and it is comfortable and well located in Toowoomba. The room was clean and functional. The bed was comfortable and the room a good size. They do a breakfast of cereal, fruit juice and pancakes. Good value. Will certainly stay again.

It's hard to right this As since being from and child staying at this place was absolutely beautiful and clean Now I am older the place has gone down hill Not really clean Bins are dirty Smells like pee in the room Dirty laundry still left in the couch Lights don't work The skip bin in very full with rubbish laying around it Sorry but I won't be staying here again
