We did not have a shower curtain, or telephone. The tub was dirty. The room smelled like ****, cleaner and mildew. We switched rooms. The next room looked cleaner but still smelled like mildew and cleaner. The cement is falling apart under the walk way. Doesn’t look safe.

Just stopped late to catch a couple of hours sleep before getting back on the road. Didn’t sleep much, got 2 doubles instead of a king, and they were very uncomfortable. Our room smelled so bad that we almost left, but was so tired and didn’t feel like searching for another hotel.

The price is WAY above the property. The first room they sent us too the deadbolt was broken (door was open upon arrival) and you couldn't even shut the door and the vent cover was off in the bathroom. When I went back to the lobby they stated that I needed to turn the knob for the deadbolt like I was incompetent. Finally gave me a new room, but it left little to be desired. My husband who tends to not worry about much actually locked the deadbolt and the lock on the door. Sad when it tells you to do so on the door as well.

First of all, it’s a Red Roof Inn so let’s not compare to the Four Seasons. Recently renovated with new sinks and countertops and crisp linens. Smelled very clean. Busy weekend due to Glass City Marathon but everything was great. Room ready promptly at 3:00. Front desk attendant was fast, friendly and helpful. Mattresses are soft but slept very well.

This was probably the worst place I have ever stayed,and they charged me an extra $200 on top of the $77 room stay for a smoking fee and I havent smoked in 5 years..to say I was ripped off is an understatement, so this is a warning to anyone trying to stay here.
