Didn’t stay … room smelled like sewage … beer bottle caps and cardboard Corona containers in room .. tried to check out and cancel .. they refused to help ..immediately just turned in keys and left .. tried to use *******s customer service to resolve but no response !
So amazingly disappointed ..gonna try to resolve using my credit card company!

I woke up and something had bitten me all in my head and face. My face and head was swollen. They refused to do anything to check me out or the room. Horrifying. Never again and would not recommend to anyone

I'm not usually too picky when it comes to hotels, but I'll never stay here again. Black mold in the bathroom. A bunch of red hair strands stuck on the shower wall. A "breakfast" buffet I wouldn't feed my mother inlaw (most of the food was expired). Stay away from here at all costs.

Location is good. I was given a room that was extremely dirty. If I would have known, I would have happily slept in my car. If they pay me, I wouldn't put a foot in that place.

Convenient next to I-75. Yet the furniture was rundown, and the bathroom floor was not clean. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Staff was great though.

Rooms are run down, wallpaper in bathroom unpeeling. Loud noises from hallway early in the morning (3am). Overcharged on room by about 80.00. Every time I left my room, I had to get my key reprogrammed. Not a good visit.
