Excellent hotel with a great view . Nice location near the lake and the rooms also were great. I also tried the restaurant and the food was amazing presented very good by the staff especially one waiter helped us a lot during our stay is name was a bit difficult lol Hergys anyway a good experience overall we will be coming back again

Lovely hotel, well appointed & very clean rooms, 35-45 min walk or a taxi ride to the city centre . Breakfast was very good,there's a lovely roof terrace bar & the outdoor pool was great. Only downsides for us were that the music from the terrace was on till midnight every night and could be heard from our room and the total lack of English speaking tv news channels ,which isnt that major an issue but might be if your visit is to the hotel only .

The room was excellent. It was clean, large , well appointed, modern with a great TV. Here is the one complaint. Not one single channel was in English on the TV and off the 100 channels only about 20 worked and I could not even get a solitary English speaking news channel. This is highly unusual for a hotel of this stature. However everything else was so perfect and I had my own TV input with me so that I just watched my own accounts. It made no difference to my stay. The food was superb, nice portions, beautifully presented. Great welcoming and friendly staff who could not do more to be welcoming or help me. I used the leisure facilities and the pool and sauna were great the steam room wasn’t available whilst we were there which was a shame and the hot tub temperature is way to low. The pool however was great. Reception were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do more to make my stay pleasant. They arranged taxis and other things for me and I felt very well looked after and would not hesitate to come back for business or pleasure with my family. Thank you and well done.

Très belle hôtel dommage je comprends toujours pas ce manque de sourire et d'attention du peuple albanais et là il devrait faire un effort c'est un hôtel de haute gamme au prix qu'on paie un minimum... C'est aussi dommage le service ménage est pas à heure fixe soit la chambre est fait à 9h soit à 17h30 à revoir un peu l'organisation. Mais l'infrastructure hôtelière est top .

I visited Radinson for brunch, the food was amazing with a big variety of choices! The staff was so polite Enea provide us a very professional service. And not to forget ro mention the region is really relaxed!

Positives, The hotel is decorated to a very high finish and is spotless clean. My room on the 4th floor was spacious, had excellent accessories, a large comfortable bed and decent wifi. Breakfast was very good with an excellent amount of choices, which was most welcome after dinner the evening before (see negatives). Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I never used them but there is a gym, sauna and outdoor pool also. Negatives. I ate in the hotel restauran, my starter (soup) was fine, main meal (fish) had clearly been re-heated through and was bland and at best average. Overall dinner was not good value for money and I had an issue with the bill (long story!) which was handled very poorly by the staff so all in all my dining experience was very disappointing. Depending on your point of view the hotel is 30/40 minute walk from the city centre, and whilst part of the walk is around the lake and through the grand park, on a short trip like mine with hindsight not ideal, of course taxis were plentiful, as I say some people may see this as a positive. On balance if I was revisiting Tirana I would probably stay at a hotel nearer the city centre given my stay typically would be a short one. If you are staying longer than perhaps this would be a good choice for you.

I travel a great deal with business and this hotel was suggested as it was quiet but close to the centre . Staff are very helpful amazing staff service, room sizes a little small , the worst thing however is a guest doing to the pool and being told you have to pay to use the steam room and sauna ! Which is by the swimming pool, also a strange policy of holding onto your passport of leave cash as a deposit .. most hotels tend to hold a small amount. Overall a nice hotel Menu limited .. but the staff make up for this with the friendliness and being so helpful .. seriously guys you should consider the policies named above .. this isn’t what 5 star hotels do ..

Its a lovely classic hotel with a lot of character. The collection rooms are very small but quite well layed out for their size. The breakfast and food were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the French toast. I also want to shout out the excellent reception staff in particular Tia, she was wonderful, warm and helpful with any issue. The poor comes in the form of management decisions to apparently do nothing for Radisson loyalty. Gold members are supposed to be offered upgrades(There was space available on my dates), receive a welcome gift/amenities and a 15% discount in the hotel restaurant. This hotel does not honour any of this and adding fuel to the fire the woman was plain rude about it when queried. Poor, if you can't even honour the little that radissons supposed best customers receive for their loyalty. Which begs the question - why even be a Radisson hotel? It seems they only want the name recognition without honouring their base. They do not replenish water after day 1. Cheap and poverty decision making. Management should rethink this approach or risk alienating their clients and harming the Radisson brand further.
