Our stay was excellent Staff is super friendly and helpful Room was super clean

A great place to stay, especially if you're looking to eat in! A decent sized fridge/freezer with a stove and microwave. Good breakfast options! The pool was not open when we went, which was not well advertised so we had no idea. They also only clean rooms once every 7 days- so if you need towels/garbage taken out, you need to set it outside your room. We didn't know that until I had to go down to the front desk with a bag of stinky garbage and request new towels.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Front staff were friendly and welcoming. Carpets overall seem a bit dingy, but otherwise everything seemed relatively clean.

Very pleasant at the front desk. Disappointed in the room. Fingerprints all over the fridge and microwave & dishwasher. Missing utensils and dishes. Went into the dishwasher and it had the dirty dishes in it from previous person who stayed. With Covid it wasn’t sanitized.

The pictures of this hotel gave me the impression this would be a nice place to stay however DO NOT STAY HERE!! The building is only seven years old however the rooms show as if they are 20 years old with damaged furniture strung about the room. The area is scary as heck. You can not walk to your vehicle or back in without getting asked for money

We stayed for 3 days at this hotel. It was semi-clean. The layout of where the tv is located is weird. We had to move the couch to face it but when we did move the couch, it was not vacummed underneath (dirty). The tv is super small and we couldnt get comfortable to watch tv (straining our eyes to see). Overall the room was pleasing. The bed is hard but comfortable. No chairs to eat for 3 people but we asked front desk and they brough us chairs. There is no cleaning service (only once a week). We just put our garbage outside the door to be picked up. A vacuum would have been cool or a broom to clean my childs mess but we made due. I was going to ask front desk but she sounded confused when I first asked her for chairs. So I didnt bother, we made due with the mess (we picked up the mess with our hands and used paper towels to wipe the floor). The pool will need to be booked the day of but be careful!! There is a slight broke somewhere in there because my child sliced his foot. We told the front desk and asked for bandaids. She did not seem to care. We got bandaid though which was good because the bleeding wouldnt stop. Also you got what you would use in a kitchen but no can opener. The front desk was again unaware of what they have or not.

Loved the courtesy call after getting to our room. Staff was lovely and helpful. Loved the pool and hot tub. However jets we’re out of order. Nice and hot though. Very clean and well maintained!
