棕櫚樹花園酒店(Palm Garden Hotel)

Overall the property is good. They are under lots of renovation so there were some things that I didn’t get to try out. The upgraded rooms were good considering that it was an updated motel. The complimentary breakfast was fine. Nothing special but better than what some other better hotels offer. Eggs, sausages, hash browns, gravy, different types of breads, cereals and drinks. I guess my main problem was with the WiFi. It’s terribly slow. I ended up just using my phones hotspot feature. It’s in the same lot as a few restaurants and a Ralph’s. Across is a few more restaurants and a Starbucks. I would definitely recommend this place.

The property is very nice, though the restaurant is under construction (according to locals- it’s been that way for years) so lots of construction trailers around the property which isn’t attractive. Though it is right off the freeway you can’t hear the noise from inside the room. The rooms are large with a comfortable sofa. The bed was soft, but fine. What was weird was the bathroom amenities didn’t match. The shampoo/lotion was the same brand, the conditioner another, the body wash another and the mouthwash another. It’s like the owner went on holiday and brought back the stuff from their hotel stay. Kind of odd for the high level of this hotel. The fitness center was pretty good (it had it’s own a/c unit) but you couldn’t workout too early in the morning. Since it faced east the sun came in and blinded you while on the treadmill or elliptical machines. There were no curtains. But the machines all worked. Breakfast was standard fare, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, apples, oj, milk and some bagels/bread. Nothing that extraordinary. Hotel staff was friendly and maintenance was quick to respond to an issue we had with our door latch not working. We didn’t use the pool or other amenities. Overall a pleasant stay.

PALM GARDEN- Whoever had the brilliant idea of I'm sure 'cutting engery costs' by replacing the windows with one's that won't open-completely sealed up so the room stays 'cooler' should honestly be demoted. My last stay with you, I was able to slide open windows. Even if you were to say its a 'safety concern' most hotels will give you a crack for ventilation. If youre going to seal everything up, at the very LEAST have new AC units and new filters. The room was so incredibly muggy; thick air of everyone that had stayed before me...so gross Luckily CVS had an air purifier that I doordashed at 10pm because I just couldn't take the smell. I went to the lobby for an extra roll of toilet paper and heard other guests complaining about smoke smell coming through the vents because even though there's a 'no smoking in the rooms' policy, how are you really going to monitor that and there's absolutely no ventilation. Outside is nice, but definitely not a room to stay in aside from sleep.

Auf den ersten Blick schöne Hotelanlage in verkehrsgünstiger Lage, gute Infrastruktur im direkten Umfeld. Netter Poolbereich. Zimmer sauber und vermutlich kürzlich renoviert. Frühstück jedocj auch für US Verhältnisse eher übersichtlich bzw eintönig. Personal recht distanziert. Aber immerhin das einzige Hotel auf unserer Rundreise, bei welchem es noch einen täglichen Roomservice ohne Anforderung gab,

This charming hotel just off the freeway has beautiful property amenities such as a gazebo and gardens, multiple water features, and a well appointed wet area. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, and I even saw a rabbit enjoying the green spaces within the hotel.
