湯普森套房品質酒店(Quality Inn & Suites Thompson)

The staff at your hotel are extremely rude, especially Judy, whose name I saw on her staff name tag. One very busy day, I was in the hallway asking for a towel and Judy spoke in a very negative manner. I felt disrespected. Furthermore, the front desk of your hotel is very rude. Many hotels in Canada stand and speak politely to guests when meeting them. But it's rude to sit at the front desk of your hotel and talk to guests.

The bed looks like someone already slept on here. There are wrinkle on bed. I think nobody changed bed. I will not living at here again. Front desk didn’t polite to me. I stayed at here one week, no any room attendant probably clean my room.

The property didnt feel clean, had strong smelling perfume sprays in elevator and halls to mask the uncleanlines. My boys and I woke up with rashes, seems suspicious of detegents or bedbugs(not sure). Also signs of construction on main floor and 2nd floor.(areas tarped off) Staff were friendly, and breaksfast was ok.

Fantastic. The breakfast was especially wonderful and appreciated. Rooms were great too!

Great hotel, the breakfast the morning I left was incredible. All fresh and the perfect selection. What I've always like about this hotel is that Boston Pizza is within walking distance and their food is very good. I'll be back again! Thanks Quality Inn.

It was comfortable. The break is prefect and most importantly, it has polite and friendly crew. It make me a home.

Property was great just didn’t like to around walked around to get the mall and should consider unlocking the gate for guest.

I like the walkable surroundings. I think more facilities in the hotel would be so good but it isn’t a far walk away from the places you want to go.

Checkin was fast but wasn’t told the other entrances didn’t work. Had to park behind the building and walk around to the main entrance at -40C. Room smelled moldy. Had to have card rebooted as soon as we tried getting in room as it wasn’t activated 5 minutes after checkin.
