Service was great, comfy bed, room awesome and very good breakfast!

Reserved a suite for the last night of the road trip. Glad I did! Hotel lobby was beautiful and clean. Room was just as nice. Needed a few more blankets for the sofa bed and they had them in my hands within minutes. Outdoor pool was perfect and warm. Has laundry facilities that we took advantage of too. Being from the north I have learned on this trip, it is absolutely true about the southern hospitality. And Arkansas has the most of it!

After checking in, we were given a handicap room. Not needing that type room we tried to change. The desk clerk said he didn't have anything and they were all sold out. I find that hard to believe since the parking only had 10 cars in it. Noisy neighbors and thin walls. That stayed up till midnight. We had to be up early for business and needed rest. That didn't happen. In the morning, when we tried to take a shower ...NO HOT WATER. I told the front desk at checkout and they were not too concerened. You know, like we will have to have someone check that out and we are very sorry. The shower was naturally large since it was a handicap room but there were large globs of caulking that had what looked like mold on the edges. The only plus I can give the hotel was the morning breakfast. It was fresh, hot, and the hostes was super friendly. Other than than that we were very disapointed at the property. Definatly not going to stay there again.

Was going to visit my daughter and her family this hotel is a great location to break the trip into 2 parts. Looks new and very modern in every way.

Hotel staff was amazing. They had computer issues when we arrived and only one terminal was working. It took a little while to get checked in, but was out of their control. Our second night, the elevator wasn’t working when we came in and had to use the stairs. The desk clerk came up stairs to check on elevator there. While there, our door key didn’t work, so we called him to come check and he walked back downstairs to fix it and they brought it back to us. Could not have asked for better staff. I know they were frustrated with all the issues they we’re having. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was low, but that seems to be a common thing with hotels these days.

The hotel was clean, the employees were very attentive, knowledgeable and kind, the breakfast was awesome!

Old and very worn, hot water was not working correctly so just a warm shower but hopefully they will fix that.

Check-in went smoothly but the room was not clean either day that we stayed. The pull-out couch bed had a water bottle left under it and the linens weren't fresh and we're wrinkled and stained. The beds were super hard and the pillows aere small and reminiscent of throw pillows. Breakfast was small and didn't have much for hot options aside from biscuits, egg yolks and sausage patties.
