艾爾雷杜克託旅館(El Reducto)

Maravilloso Riad, limpieza excelente y una gastronomía.. lo mejor de la zona, exquisita decoración, gran habitación suite y personal muy amable y profesional, sin dudarlo volveremos a disfrutarlo otra vez en un próximo viaje a Tetuan .. gracias.

Joli cadre, dans l ensemble bons produits sauf pour moi le tajine au citron, sans goût, sans saveur... Déçue, les autres convives étaient satisfaits. Donc pas de chance, pas trop le choix sur Tetouan qui est surtout doté de pièges à touristes, c est mon avis et je pense que ce restaurant est de ceux-là.

Très bien situé pour visiter Tetouan. Parking gardé payant à proximité. Contactez l'hébergement pour infos sup. Riad avec beaucoup de charme. Chambre Sahara confortable et conforme au descriptif et photos. Excellent restaurant sur place à des tarifs très raisonnables et qui sert de l'alcool. Possibilité de manger à l'intérieur ou sur la belle terrasse. Petit déjeuner complet et excellent. Personnel professionnel, serviable (est venu me chercher à proximité pour garer ma voiture au bon parking) et adorable.

Excellent accueil avec aide du personnel pour garer la voiture dans un parking à proximité. Chambre Sahara conforme au descriptif et photos. Riad avec du charme et très bien situé pour les visites. Petit déjeuner très bien. Très bon restaurant sur place.

Pese a que las habitaciones son bonitas y tienen encanto, el hotel no deja de ser impersonal, al ser tambien restaurante hay gran ajetreo de personas que no resulta comodo para la gente que se hospeda alli. Las personas de recepcion simpatiquisimas al igual que los chicos que nos sirvieron el desayuno, pero en las habitaciones hay olor a fritanga y por las noches hay gran bullicio de la gente que esta cenando no se si en la terraza o en el comedor de arriba. De volver a Tetuan buscaria otra opcion.

No estábamos alojados pero fuimos a cenar 3 veces y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor. Comida excelente, muy bonito, barato, te sirven alcohol y los camareros son muy amables. Está muy bien situado y tiene buenas vistas.

El riad está muy bien y el personal es muy agradable y servicial. La terraza tiene unas magníficas vista y es ideal para descansar. El riad tiene un buen restaurante pero algo caro, incluso más caro que en España comiendo lo mismo. Se puede comer en sitios locales por la tercera parte. Lo que sí tiene que no lo hay en otro sitio es cerveza y vino. Sólo lo hay en dos restaurantes de Tetuán.

Hotel en el centro de la Medina. Personal muy amable. La habitación bien acondicionada, el colchón duro pero confortable. El restaurante/bar en la azotea muy agradable. Gestionan la posición de taxis para el aeropuerto u otra dirección. Para repetir seguro

my experience is based on 5 months as a regular guest, I didn't want to be interested in the lack of hygiene and the worst service you can ever have in a tourist place. I thought it was normal somehow when you look deep at the unprofessionalism of the staff and how they respond to whatever order or just a reception in such a rude way, [except two waiters Omar and Brahim] I wanted to focus on the beautiful part,the building itself,and enjoy relaxing moments with some beers. but when a waiter like [Arafa] decides to pour my beer in the ashtray cause I am asking him for a bit of water in the ashtray to prevent the ashes from flying into the air, when I ask why you do this!? his answer: it's just a beer! I asked this waiter another day, if possible to put on a specific song, and his answer was: put your earplugs and hear whatever you want! but he can put whatever he wants! I am confused about who is the guest here! Another day like always, taking away a bottle of beer before even finishing, and I put my hand on it, deciding to argue with him about why he has taken it ?! I asked him are you angry with me? his answer was by opening another bottle of beer for me without asking for it! nice marketing![Soufian] another waiter I was surprised by his truly rude childish behavior toward me while having a very nice evening, I didn't want to send a reclamation to the owner but, the next time I went there the bodyguard at the door told me: there is something is said about you! so now please be nice! I asked him: can you tell me what? what wrong did I do? did I disturb anyone? am I not allowed in? he said: you are allowed!! but be nice, please. but my other questions have no answers!! Is this a provocation? [you can expect the waiter wanted to do it in reverse against me even though he ruin my evening and I was nice to him, and the owner wanted my money but they don't have a prouve against me, but someone is saying something ''Soufian''] another point very important is the discrimination against Moroccan guests they can't have a beer on the terrace! I know the owner by face and I am sure she had eyes to see what I am seeing too, I know this field has a lot of problems but a couple of old fishes make the whole box stinky.
