特萊斯戴斯酒店(Days Inn by Wyndham Terrace)

I liked the location, but that's about it. Since I was staying for only one night, I wasn't expecting much more than a clean bed. All that said, it needs to be stated that this hotel is extremely neglected, ie in poor condition, dirty, disrepair, etc. I would not recommend it to anyone.

We weren't sure where to stay in Terrace - parking at this hotel a little awkward and groups of people hanging around made us a little uncomfortable. Steps up to and inside lobby a bit awkward too. Breakfast at White Spot was good

Had a lovely stay here while visiting family, my only comment would be: I would’ve liked a lighter breakfast option, continental only……we had this at Days Inn Richmond.

Whitespot restaurant on property ,free breakfast was excellent. Lack of parking for my motorhome pulling a trailer.

There has been no upgrades on that property for a very long time. It looks old, everything is brown or beige. The bed was fairly comfortable. Having the restaurant on site is a good thing. The food at the restaurant is good. Housekeeping change the towels but did not do the bed.

The hotel is completely different than what the reviews offered. We checked in with no hassle at all. The staff on duty was the best thing about this entire 1 day stay. We were initially planning to stay for 2 but we cut down to 1. The acces to rooms are not child friendly as there are stairs you got to climb to get to the room. The rooms were decent but every time we turned the microwave on to sanitize baby bottles the fuse would trip and burn out the lights in the room. This is not what we expected. The place is very old and needs extensive refurbishment and accebility for handicap or to even make it kid friendly. If you have a stroller make sure you dont have a back problem. Even the lugggage had to be lugged down and up the stairs. Pretty inconveneint. No complaints regarding the staff. She was amazing and could only do so much to help. Owners need to understand we dont live in 2000, its 2022.

We recently stayed here for a night to be closer to the airport. When we arrived the room was clearly dirty, floor not vacuumed, hairs on pillows, toothpaste in sink, glass rings on counters and sticky stuff on the bottom of mirror. We asked for another room but it was also not cleaned. Sheets were slept in on bed, so the desk attendant offered to clean our first room and changed sheets. While the staff was friendly and very helpful, the state of these rooms was terrible, not to mention cleanliness in regards to COVID or other viruses or bacteria. I was also denied a refund for my stay...the manager said he couldn't do this because I booked through hotel.com...if this is true, Hotel.com you need to change your policies! In the end was offered 50% off next stay, unless I desperately needed a place to stay, I wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed here on a weekend away from work. Staff were incredibly friendly and helped check us in quickly. The Whitespot on-site was great to have. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a good stay here but I would not want to be out on the streets at night. Lots of undesirable type hang out near here.
