陶波探索酒店(Quest Taupo)

Felt this Quest was over all run down slightly,the carpet in the hallway was worn and a broken picture in hallway, A missing picture in hallway. Not like other Quest I’ve stayed at. Our room was lovely clean, single chair in room could need a steam clean. Location of Quest fantastic, carparking great.

The apartment had a dead rat in the bathroom which stank so much we could not use the shower and and left after one night. Needless to say that they DID NOT REFUND OUR UNUSED NIGHT, OR OFFER A DISCOUNT ON THE NIGHT WE USED IT. THEY HID BEHIND WOTIF

The property was tidy and within walking distance of town. However, none of the windows open and the air conditioning was not working. This left an unpleasant musty, damp smell in the room like the smell of dirty, damp socks left in a changing shed. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, nothing was done other than a 'word salad' of excuses and gas lighting. Not acceptable. Do not recommend staying in these apartments unless you like the smell of dirty socks.

Very good place to stay with comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower! We had an interconnected apartment - a studio plus a one bedroom unit together. Would stay again!

Staff friendly, handy location, property was showing some wear and tear and a bit over priced

We had connected rooms with our adult kids which was perfect. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Beds comfortable. Close enough to walk to town and far enough away from the hustle. Nice easy stay with no worries.

Good location, but for the price it was poor. The room was run down, shower had issues, there was no hand soap and all the shower amenities were empty. Pool was unusable because it wasn't cleaned. Overall, disappointing.

Bed mattress was too sunken. Freezer was filthy. Tiny ants were on the kitchen sink. The staff was nice and the location was great. Nice grocery close by
