Alot of bugs and cockroaches in room.
Bbq and the area was filthy and unusable.
Bbq plate was rusted and looked like never cleaned.
Not worth the prices charged.

We do a trip back to Tamworth (lived there for 70+ years moved to the coast) about this time of the year catch up with friends, so just need somewhere to put our heads down at night and 359 does the trick with a breakfast with the room

Motel is in a good location next to the equestrian grounds, however when paying for a motel and especially in summer it would definitely help that the air conditioning works. Also having a smart TV it would also help that the free to air channels are available if no paid tv available.
