There were two major events happening in or around the vicinity of the hotel. They were Florida bar test takers and a motorcycle club convention. I do not feel like the staff was accommodating to either to make the experience more pleasurable. So many other hotels offer convenience specials during situations like this such as pre-order lunches, however, no accommodations were being made. Another example is that the concierge desk was understaffed, often times there was a line.
I also called for room service at one point, and it never showed. There was also no note or any explanation or apology made.
This hotel charges a higher rate during the timeframe of the bar exam. With a higher rate, one would expect, since the rooms are not changing, the customer service to be up to par. Sadly, this is not the case.
