坦帕水街萬豪酒店(Tampa Marriott Water Street)

The property was okay overall, but I don’t think I’d stay here again. The location was nice (right on the water) and the views were cool, but the room felt old. There was a stain on the rug between the beds, and the Kleenex holder needed to be replaced. Also, the floor that I was on (27th) was sweltering as if the air was broken. I complained to the front desk on two separate occasions, but it was never fixed. I’ll stay at a more upscale hotel next time. This hotel was just substandard.

The 7th floor smelled disgusting! It smelled like 100 skunks were set loose and all the toilets were backed up! It literally made me ill. This is not acceptable for $300 per night $38 per day valet. I will never stay there again.

There were two major events happening in or around the vicinity of the hotel. They were Florida bar test takers and a motorcycle club convention. I do not feel like the staff was accommodating to either to make the experience more pleasurable. So many other hotels offer convenience specials during situations like this such as pre-order lunches, however, no accommodations were being made. Another example is that the concierge desk was understaffed, often times there was a line. I also called for room service at one point, and it never showed. There was also no note or any explanation or apology made. This hotel charges a higher rate during the timeframe of the bar exam. With a higher rate, one would expect, since the rooms are not changing, the customer service to be up to par. Sadly, this is not the case.

We have stayed here before and really like the location and the fact that we can walk to restaurants, shopping and other attractions in the local area. The hotel is very nice and being directly on the waterfront is beautiful. I'm sure we will stay here again next time we are in the area.

I stayed over night and I’m sorry for forgetting the name of the lady who checked me in at the front desk but she was very nice , extra helpful and it made my night after a long day of traveling. I really enjoyed this facility and I cannot wait to stay here again.

I brought my family on vacation to this hotel to celebrate my daughter making her communion. We are a Blue Line family who has NEVER once had security called on us in our lives. My children were laughing and playing and watching movies, and security called us and knocked on our door 4 times during our visit telling us someone called in a noise complaint. I had to literally tell my 2yr old and 8 yr to stop laughing and having fun because it’s not allowed at this hotel.
