The restaurant＞＞ the food is lousy and cold The rooms. there were random hairs in the bed The bathrooms smelled of homeless people You can hear everything going on in the hallways, and all I heard all night were the elevators. The best is they did not clean my room once.. No fresh towels, Nothing. when i went to complain at the desk they apologized yet did nothing about it. Just smiled and told me the manager would be in after the weekend. That was it for me.

We’ve stayed here before. Mostly nice staff. The bartender in restaurant on top floor was generous when she let us take a drink and soda watercolorist to room in styrofoam cups. The business is not part of the hotel’s. Breakfast staff is super nice. The valet guys are the absolute sweetest including Tyler, Davis and Kelly. Only problem was a wet dog smell in carpet which was immediately addressed. I still went to bed wheezing because while I love dogs, I’m super allergic. Place is showing some wear and tear but we might try it again as we pass through area on the way to see relatives. Good halfway point. Friends at area colleges too.

This facility did not provide traditional amenities (no soap, shampoo, etc) and is in great need of finish upgrades/improvements.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The foyer and hallways were nice. The rooms were older. My dresser draw was broken and one was missing a handle. The only lighting in the rooms were 2 older lamps. The decor would be a little girl’s Parisian dream, a bit much for adults.

Beautiful hotel. Check in was easy, and desk clerk was polite and friendly. Room was ok, a little dated, but comfortable. Disappointed that the Starbucks in the lobby closed permanently. Couldn't get coffee for the drive home, unless I wanted the room coffee. Valet service is a bit pricey, at $36+ tax a night. Overall, a pretty good property.

Great location but on site restaurant is horrible, rooms are old, area around air conditioner is moldy and there is no daily housekeeping.

Need to update this property and clean it up. Breakfast was inedible except for the yogurt and coffee.

A wonderful location but not a great hotel experience. Bad food, loud, dirty room and shower, no hair dryer. No one cleaned either which I expected,
