Finally was able to do a staycation since health protocols have been more lenient. We stayed at Days Hotel Ta***tay. The location of this hotel is perfect! It has the views and it is conveniently located to where the restaurants are as well as the attractions. The place may be old and needs refurbishing but it is ok. It could use a bit of cleaning though, especially in the area on the way to the pool. They should have the corridors on the way to the pool well lit and cleaned so it wouldn't feel like an abandoned space. I hate to admit that I felt I was in the set of ”The Shining” when I walked the corridor on the way to the pool. They should also put a heater in the pool so they could have more patrons for swimming. The hotel should also focus on their breakfast. While the breakfast is plated and basic, I hope they could at least level up the taste. I don’t consider myself squeamish but their “silog” meals could use some work. While their longsilog meal is ok, their corn beef silog seems like it came from the can. I really expected more from the hotel. But in any case, the people and the staff make you feel very welcome. They are very attentive to our needs and we are always greeted with smiles which actually makes up for what this hotel is lacking. However, all these hotel deficiencies may be due to the pandemic and I hope the hotel recovers soon. A lot of upgrades are needed so that they can keep up. We don't want to waste the views from this hotel that are so divine as it is overlooking Taal Lake. I am still happy that we had our staycation here and would be back again.

正面不錯。 裏面有點侷促,裏面有2張牀。位置離主高速公路有點車程。早餐也鍍了。 他們有很好的牀和枕頭。如果參加塔加泰的另一個婚禮,會再次考慮。 加上有自己的禮拜堂。我想這個地方可以舉行親密的婚禮。

we conducted two consecutive events in this hotel within september. we were billeted at the 3/F of the new building situated at the back. a faint paint odor wafts inside the room which can accommodate 3 guests. toilet was separated from the shower area. relatively spacious but we could not connect to a stable internet connection. bummer! and the elevator was still not operational. another inconvenience for us guests especially when we checked in. we could barely reached our destined floor because of the luggage we had to carry. there was nobody from the hotel to help us. we are expecting a huge service improvement the next time we hold another seminar here.

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.
