西爾維斯特旅館(Sylvester Inn)

The shower went from cold to extremely hot, to clean to extremely hot. No one wants to shower and burn and then freeze. I also wasn’t told that I was going to be charged $15 a night for my dog until I was checking in. I had already driven 6 1/2 hours and didn’t want to try to find somewhere else.

The Room supposed to a none Smoking room,smelt like smoke the toilet was nasty the floors were dirty , the bath towels were dingy!!

No ice available, tub drain leaked. Beds comfortable, air conditioning good, no breakfast available. I would stay again. We just needed a place for the night

I booked it late at night, as I was getting drowsy from driving most of the day. I wouldn't have stayed here except it was the only place that had availability within an hour's drive, and I didn't think I could keep my eyes open that long. No fault of the motel/inn, but it's not located near the interstate. So that wasn't fun. When I finally got to the inn, there was no one at the front desk. Called the listed number, and there was no answer. I had to wait for 20 minutes before someone finally showed up. I was given my room key, with a post-it note stating the room number. A post-it note. When I went to check out in the morning, again, there was no one at the counter. I tried calling several times after I left to make sure they knew I had checked out. Not one time did anyone answer the phone. It didn't matter, I just needed a bed so I could sleep for a few hours before getting back on the road. The towels were stained, and were so thin they were barely above a paper towel. The shampoo came in a single use package, like it was ketchup. There was no TP in the room. The bed itself was serviceable, the AC worked fine. Didn't bother with the TV. Overall, it was fine for what it was, a cheap, one night pit stop. I doubt I'd stay there again, mostly due to it being 20-25 min off the interstate. Well that and the terrible service. If you do stay here, bring your own towel and toiletries.

We were pleasantly surprised by this Inn. It is an older motel but it was clean, both inside and out, recently painted and the room was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was there was no breakfast. We would stay there again.

We chose to stay here because everywhere else was booked. I went with my 4 month old baby and it was dirty. When we got in the room, the sheets were stained with wax and we had to request new sheets. The fridge was very dirty and I didn’t want to store my breast milk in there so I went to the ice machine and that was down. The man who worked at night did give me 2 cups of ice to hold me through til the morning. We probably won’t stay here again, unfortunately.

Clean and comfortable and quiet. Great place for basic necessities and price.

Though a little rough looking on the outside, the actual room was very clean and quiet. Check-in was easy though little courtesies were under looked like forgetting to give out the password or having to ask for a receipt. Two issues though. First, someone else had a key to my room and in the middle of the night while I was sleeping opened the door, quickly apologized, then left. Second, when I went to checkout there was nobody at the counter but I just left my key and called them on my lunch break to make sure I wasn't charged for another night. Overall, there are things that can be improved upon (you get what you pay for) but I enjoyed my stay nevertheless.

Room was not supplied with towels, washcloths, remodeling was being done so, loud noises early in am. Did not sleep well. bed were hard as a rock. Over it was pretty clean. Probably would not stay again.
