I reached the hotel at 3,30 A.M after driving from Regina.
There was no one at the reception. I had to wait for 10 minutes. Then, I called the number and someone came from inside.

Bathroom had hair in corners and in tub
Carpets in room looked like they had not been cleaned for years and corner were very dusty
Breakfast was very underwhelming. In 3 days not 1 potato option. Ran out of cinnamon buns and apologized that they were frozen and could not put out anymore?
Also be aware they will not give you IHG points if you book through ******* even after they tell you they will. Frustrating experience over all.
Desk staff were friendly but that was really my only positive thing I could say

When you pay for a jettub room, the jettub wasn't working. Call front desk. All other rooms with jettubs are in use. I would a refund for dealing with staff was non effective. Nothing was done for me

I was put in a room that had no heat. Moved to a different room and the maintenance person (young guy) was quite rude. The new room was quite messy, all drawers and cabinets were left open.
Fitness room treadmill was broken.

Beds, linens, and pillows were all comfortable. Quiet, no noise heard from other rooms or floors, even though hotel was quite full. The room was looking a little worn and had a musty odour. Breakfast was mediocre, but the breakfast staff were great. They were helpful and made sure everything was restocked. The pool water was warm, but the hot tub bubbled like someone poured a bottle of bubble bath into it, which was a bit gross. The pool area was rather dingy looking as well.

I will never book here again or use *******. I paid way more than regular rate with *******. Staff were not great and online booking rep was brutal. Never again. Worst experience ive had in along time.

The room and hotel was very dirty. The bathroom was very old and dirty. I had a cold shower. Not enough plugins and outlets. Staff were lovely.
