On nous a donné une chambre fumeur alors qu’on a spécifié non-fumeur. Quand on a voulu changer ils nous ont fait payer la différence pour une chambre non fumeur qui etait plus grande… alors que c’etait leur erreur. Le personnel nous a dit de s’arranger avec ******* pour se faire rembourser et que c’était mon problème. Tres mauvais service.

Situé pres de la Transcanadienne. Grande chambre. Belle piscine et un très bon restaurant et tout çà s'en mettre le nez dehors. Petit déjeuner compris.

It was a OK kind of place. Not horrible but nothing fantastic. To check in ther was no one at front desk had to wait for someone. Room was just ok. Was clean but nothing about it was awesome but for what we paid it was good.

Staff was friendly. Room and linens were clean. Room was dated and had many issues. Open wires on heater, old thermostat that didn’t work, iron burn on chair, holes in the walls, stains on old carpet, sink falling off wall and stains in tub just to name a few things. Bed comfort was a 4/10. Thanks.

Thermostat in room was broken so there was no way to turn the heat down and it was super hot in there. There was garbage piled up in the lobby when we arrived. The door to get to the free breakfast was blocked so we had to walk outside around the hotel to get access to breakfast. The free breakfast was pretty sp**** - essentially toast and cereal. There weren’t even lids for the coffee cups. The water slide is only open from 5-9pm.

Rooms were dirty and less than appealing. Missing door knobs and the pool was freezing and algae growing in corners. No hot tub. Will not go back.

Just don’t - we stayed here as a team. Rooms are very dated, carpet is stained throughout the hotel. Walls are dirty. Rooms had bugs and a few had mice.
The only positive was the Chinese restaurant in hotel, which was amazing - but was not ran by the same people as the hotel.
