Enjoyed staying there for a night. The only thing I dont like here was that I can hear mostly the footsteps outside and people in the other room

I would give negative stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! They will ask for a deposit, hold it, refuse to refund it and blame everyone and everything but themselves for this. It's been 3 weeks since I stayed there and they still haven't fixed this. ******* should delist them. The room was infested with ants (in December) and the room was if poor quality. Their "breakfast nook" area had a giant out of service sign that has been there for months probably and it looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 90's

Given the $90/night (cnd$) my expectations were realistic in that that the room would be ok but dated and with some cosmetic flaws and that is what I got. The room was tidy but not spotless, and the bed was comfy. The tub/shower was old and there was mould on the caulking around the tub. I’ve stayed in some rough places in my life so am tolerant of minor deficiencies. I would stay here again but I wouldn’t be able to bring my wife… her standards are much higher than mine. In summary I got what I paid for.

We arrived in the evening. Staff was friendly and helpful. When we mentioned we would walk to a store to buy some milk he googled up the store and told us exactly how far it was. We appreciated that extra effort on his part. Saved us from walking farther than we had anticipated on a chilly night after a long drive.

Beds were comfy and clean - and that's one of the only things I ask for. Bathroom needs major upgrade, but was clean. Hallways and stairwells needs a good vacuuming. Passes a garbage bag in the hallway that had something live in it that russlled the bag and squeaked. Receptionist was really only there to do her job - no smile or greeting whatsoever.

My most recent stay there - they had a plumbing problem in the middle of the night. In the morning I as many guests woke up and stepped on a wet carpet! The hallway close to the Chinese Restaurant had a major puddle on the carpet! I went to the front desk - they said a plumber is coming in - in the morning! This is not acceptable! Management never said a word or offered any compensation!
