舒適酒店(Comfort Inn)

Clean room, staff was nice and friendly. There isn’t much breakfast available (it was grab & go breakfast), but the hotel is located close to a lot of food chains and restaurants. The hotel is right next to a Dairy Queen, nice for food, but my room window was directly facing the drive thru, which was quite noisy. If you close the window and curtains the sound almost goes away. My room and a double bed, chair, desk, desk chair, and two wardrobes. Overall, it’s a good hotel for a night’s stay.

view was a giant transport truck manager wouldn’t solve it had to change rooms french fry on brothers floor coffee in room all decaf hair was *****ped of all leather one outlet in room one in bathroom. couldn’t charge multiple things! 20 channels couldn’t even get weather network? no netflix etc! water wouldn’t drain from sink. DRAINO morning breakfast buffet great bedding was soft morning breakfast bar was great

I wouldn’t take my shoes off in the room except to go to bed. Then when I got up the air conditioner has leaked all over the floor what a gross feeling to step in. The first room the ac unit wouldn’t turn on, the nice thing was they moved us immediately with no issues.

Staff very friendly and helpful on arrival. Our room had a nasty smell but we were able to spend the night-only reported in morning so could be checked before next guest.

beds very uncomfortable. no TV first night...not a big deal if you don't watch tv, but i do. No compensation offered, disappointed...

We booked with ********** and had the pay later option for our stay as we had no idea what time we were going to get there. We were travelling from London to Sudbury after working during the day. Get there at 1230 am to find out our reservation was canceled and the nught auditor told us he was sorry he couldnt help us as his system was down. We left and i called the next day and spoke to a woman who informed me that her nught person told her he was confused why we left as he said he would help us in a bit. The guy never told us he would help us all he said was sorry he cant help us. Got told there was miss communication between both parties and since we never stayed with them they werent going to do anything about it. Avoide this place at all cost.

The staff never cleaned our room once all weekend, we had to get our own towels. The breakfast was wayyy too packed for a tiny room and our door didnt shut properly. The room wasnt the one shown in the picture I paid for and was tiny.

Breakfast was quite good, fresh, warm and always kept clean and tidy. All the front desk staff were very pleasant.

There was a loud argument in the room below me at 230am. While I did call to report it, half and hour later, loud music started. It was not a restful night. The property itself is clean and the morning staff were very friendly. Breakfast being included is a plus.
