Tolles Hotel, gute Lage an Kurpark, freundlicher Service

Wir hatten ein Standartzimmer. Gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Bett war groß und bequem. Zimmergröße ca. 16 m2. Toilette und Dusche ausreichend groß und sauber. Wir haben 57€ für die Übernachtung gezahlt. Was das angeht, ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Frühstück für 16,90 € pro Person. Es ist okay, Aufschnitt und Brot, Backwaren ausreichend verfügbar. Für das Geld hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet. Parkkosten 17€. Ein praktisches Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Die Zimmer sind neu ausgestattet und haben eine angenehme Größe. Die Lage am Kurpark und in der Nähe des Nekars runden das positive Bild ab. Im zweiten Anlauf war der Check-in Mitarbeiter am Service sehr freundlich und hat uns alles gut erklärt. Warum im zweiten Anlauf, weil unsere Ankunft alles andere als gastorientiert war. Wir waren 20 Minuten vor der Check-in Zeit da. Das Hotelpersonal besprach an der Rezeption erregt minutenlang ein internes Thema in unserem Beisein und nahm fast schon unwirsch Notiz von uns, um uns dann gefühlt pampig darauf hinzuweisen, dass wir zu früh seien. Ja und wo ist jetzt das Problem? So wurden wir bei einer Ankunft noch in keinem Hotel abgekanzelt. Wir nutzen die Kette besonders oft und gerne in UK und hatten immer bei vorzeitiger Anreise ein freundliches Welcome. Fast wäre alles gut gewesen, weil die anderen MA versuchen einen guten Service zu bieten. Dann fragten wir an der Rezeption gestern, wie wir das Areal am Sonntag verlassen könnten, da der Stuttgart Lauf in naher Umgebung stattfinden wird und weiträumig Straßen gesperrt sein werden. Man wollte sich kümmern. Das Hotelpersonal selbst hatte keine Kenntnis vom Lauf. So weit so gut. Heute Vormittag fragte ich erneut nach, ob man einer Lösungsmöglichkeit nahe käme und wieder wurde ich vom MA des ersten Tages erneut angeblafft und zusätzlich arrogant angelogen. Es mag sein, dass es sein persönlicher Kommunikationsstil ist und gleichzeitig gewinnt man mit einem solchen eben keine Gäste, die gerne wiederkommen. Aus meiner Perspektive haben Teile des Hotelpersonals in Bad Cannstatt erhebliches Steigerungspotential in der Gästekommunikation. Ich wünsche dafür viel Erfolg.

Vraiment dommage que pour une chambre de ce niveau il n'y est qu'une seule couette et un oreiller !!! C'est vraiment mesquin et plus que limite . Je n'ai pas eu envie de redescendre à l'accueil car trop fatigué après une journée sur la route. Sinon hôtel correct mais bruyant côté rue (tramway). Personnel agréable

Tout était bien. Il y a une piscine thermale juste à côté (en réfection lorsque j'y étais, mais bon à savoir pour des prochaines visites)... Parc et station de tram juste à côté. Et c'était très agréable de regarder l'euro 2021 sur le grand écran du bar, agrémenté d'une bière locale...

The hotel is quite new and have 2 large elevators. A short walk from stuttgart vaihingen station. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned and are decent size with new spacious bathrooms. The room service was performed everyday on timely manner. However, the air-conditioner didn't have cool function (even though the weather become cold after the first day) and really didn't show any temperature effect on the air flow. When complained, the receptionists provided alternative rooms, however these room also had the same issue. I found out later that the hotel has stopped air conditioning service at the end of the summer (may be as an energy preservation method?) and only fan was seemed to be working. - May be this is common to all the hotels in the area. The breakfast buffet was good with a decent collection and a pancake machine. Only drawback was the breakfast options didn't change throughout the 4 days we stayed. Overall, the stay at Ibis styles stuttgart was nice and pleasant.

I stayed there with a friend for three nights. The only slight inconvenience was that this hotel was some way from Stuttgart city centre but it was very near a U-bahn stop. Otherwise everything else was almost perfect. The hotel room was big, quiet, warm and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was buffet service and had a large variety of high-quality food; I am particularly impressed with their Birchermuesli. We were so impressed with their breakfast that, on the last day, we asked to buy two packed breakfasts (on top of the breakfasts we had) to serve as lunch on our long train journey. The hotel staff kindly waived the costs and said they would give them to us as presents. Thank you!

The outstanding service started when I had some concerns and questions. I decided to email the hotel and the detailed email I received from them a few days before my trip, eased my mind to the point where I knew I had chosen the right hotel. When we finally arrived, the staff was so welcoming and the wonderful staff just continued their outstanding service I received throughout my 11 day stay. I was pleasantly surprised by their clean and inviting lobby. We appreciated their free breakfast daily and the breakfast staff was always very attentive. We also were able to have dinner at the restaurant a few times and we even used their gym once. We were always greeted with a smile and the staff always tried their best to answer our questions or help us with anything we needed help with. We stayed in a room for 4 people and we loved it. It was like a small studio except it had a separate bedroom with a full bed. We always felt so comfortable and it was like a little home to us for those 11 days. The train was just steps away.

Nice hotel and you get what you pay for. Breakfast isn't very good with much choice, and their eggs are overcooked. However, it has a very nice seating area, and the main part of the hotel will let this slide. The place has a nice place to walk around with great designed, comfy rooms, however, I got given a double bed wi h my friend so had to sleep on the floor, and it seemed to be freezing in there. The hotel is great for overnight stays if you're out all day.
