斯託韋向外(Town & Country Stowe)

This hotel has no human at the front desk, only a phone number to call. The person on the phone assumes no responsibility for anything. We are being charged for a stay that we cancelled and are being forced to dispute this charge. We booked one night and are being charged for two. Very disappointing! They save money by not having a single staff member on site.

Vi bodde i ett rum nära Poolen. Väldigt lyhört mellan rummen. Fanns ingen taklampa i rummet, ingen lampa i anslutning till hall. Sköna sängar och rent rum. Vi hade en trevlig vistelse och badade mycket i poolen.

No internet for the first 2 days. No one besides guest on the grounds. The lobby open but empty. There's a sign on the front desk with a number to call for service. On two of the three times I called it wouldn't go through. SOL.

The hotel is closed for renovations. Nobody contacted me prior to arrival to let me know that. Luckily we got a reservation at another property in a matter of minutes.

Staff was very friendly and main lobby was great. Our room (room 17) unfortunately was not that clean and had mosquitoes splattered on the wall. I actually had to re-clean the room. HVAC needs to get clean. There was black mold on the vents and when it was on, a moldy smell came out. This place is conveniently situated , walking distance to many restaurants/stores. Saturday night was the worse noisey night for us. Coming from (next door-Alfie's wild ride). I believe there was an event that night and it finally calm down after 5am. I honestly wouldn't go back to this location. Staff was great though!

Very small space, limited hot water. Only had hot water for one shower, then never had hot water again. Floors uneven. Beds were ok. The room and the linen were clean.

Nice and unassuming. Modern decor. A clean updated room with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Think IKEA in the mountains . The common area was nicely decorated and a nice place to gather. Free hot beverage station.
