大學廣場海濱酒店(University Plaza Waterfront Hotel)

booked and paid online when i got to hotel i was told i never made a reservation and was charged full price on top of what i already paid online 400+ dollars and the heat doesn’t even work

It was a very easy and convenient hotel to get to they also had convenient parking parking. the room when I arrived was very clean

Small beds that are not very comfortable. Shower had low pressure. Staff was not the best. TV did not work very well. Towels were very small and stiff. Breakfast was overpriced and not good. Room was clean and location was perfect as we traveled for an event at the arena next door.

Staff is attentive and very nice. First room was a little smelly but was transferred to a new room within minutes. Had a BLT sandwich and a chicken sandwich both were very good. They also have many signature cocktails that are actually good😀 love the waterfront but my view was not. Would stay here again and will request a waterfront view next time.

The room was ok, the bathroom was clean but the bed was lose and if you set on the edge, you run the risk of it flipping over and land on you.

The hotel is nice. There is nice seating outside. Procr id fair. The only thing the front desk so rude. You are at a hotel so u expect a nice person to ck u in but she has attitude. And not nice at all

Good check in experience. Issues with air/furnace, but maintenance was there in less than five minutes. Switched us to new room next door. No problem. Parking can be a challenge on weekend. For $170 plus a night, it shouldn't be. Came in our last night and front doors were locked. Our key card did not work and two people inside at desk watched us struggle to get in and did nothing. Finally found second key card. We extended out stay in Stockton, but moved to another hotel.

What I liked: hot tub was large and clean with available towels. Pretty grounds. Nice, helpful bartender who made great suggestions. Responsive security guard, who was kind and did more than what was expected. What I did not like: 1. obviously broken refrigerator that wouldn't close and had a damaged gasket. There was water leaking across the floor and the instead of replacing the refrigerator, I was told that the refrigerator was working normally and was just going through an auto defrost cycle. I had to move the towel moat out of the way to get to the bathroom. Well, it continued to leak and be warm, and went through this cycle, noisily, all night. 2. No shampoo, but instead had body lotion in the shower. I accidentally washed my hair with body lotion and had to try and wash it out with body wash. I was not successful. My fault, I know, but there was no shampoo. 3. No ice bucket liner. 4. ANTS! Ants were in one of the beds. The other bed seemed fine until the morning when there were ants there, too. And then ants in the shower. Ewwwww!!!! 5. No one at the reception desk to help fix the problem(s) at first. Just an empty lobby. 6. When someone was at reception, her response to my concerns was to say that she could give me her manager's card. No customer service, no guest relations. Did not care at all. I would not stay here again. There's got to be a better place that's clean, has working appliances, customer service, and the advertised amenities.
