I thought this hotel chain would be decent but it was god awful. It’s basically a motel. It was dirty and I did not feel safe. We saw that people were living in the hotel and people would be hanging in the parking lot at random times at night. Also the room smelled and did not seem very clean. I’m surprised a chain hotel company would allow this place to be running in this sad state. Only upside is that it’s dog friendly.

Other comments reflecting the age and condition of the property are accurate - it’s seen better days. I can live with that, but not the unexpected guests I found on my pillow and sheets - bed bugs. I left the hotel after discovering these and chose to spend the night in my car. Instead of planned activities, my Saturday morning was spent at the laundromat to try to ensure none accompanied me home. Front desk staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be.

There was no tea at breakfast. Hot breakfast was fine. No fruit at breakfast. No hot drinks in the room. The bottles for the shampoo and conditioner and lotion were impossible to use. The shower was great.

Hotel is in need of a remodel, everything thing is old and in need of updating. Room smelled musty and had towels that were stained.

Staff was really nice but there was a lot of mold in the shower and the shower drain was super slow.

They need to get the breakfast out sooner, it was almost 7 before they got it out. Also, property needs cleaned better, small repairs and paint.
