Stay was ok until my dog (which they are dog friendly) got sick. I cleaned it up and put the blankets in the bathtub (as most hotels that’s what you do with dirty linen). I got home and found a $150 charge on my credit card. When I asked they said that was the fee for damages. First of all, we didn’t damage anything. It could have been (and I’m sure was washed and reused). Secondly, no way was it worth $150. Third, they could not provide me with any documentation of what the “damage fee” was. So the manager just randomly decides how much to charge me. I asked for a policy, they don’t have one. Poor customer service. I will never stay here again.

I was tired after a long day on the road. First room had running toilet that could not be flushed. Next room had loud bathroom exhaust fan the could not be silenced. I was told to keep bathroom door closed which I did. Window had sheets framed by curtains. Curtains could not be closed (designed that way). Parking lot lights lit the room. Didn’t want to change rooms again but I should have. I was awakened at 2am by occupants of the adjoining room enjoying each other loudly…(until 4 am-not the hotels fault)

The people were nice, but our room was like a furnace when we walked in. We were a late check-in, shortly after midnight and were ready to get some sleep. One of the keys didn’t work and the room was extremely hot. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10, but when we arrived in the dining room shortly after 9:00 am, the scrambled eggs were almost empty and had to be scraped off the pan, the hard boiled eggs were yellow and the bananas were dark green. Very disappointing.

Staff was excellent. Beds were very comfOrtable. carpets were stained. The door trims all need paint. Bathrooms need to be caulked. Hotel needs to be updated

Very friendly and competent staff. Bathroom needs some updating. Tub drain not attached and some mold in the corners.

Hotel was clean, bathroom was small but nothing wrong with it. Good experience, we would stay again.

The property was very clean. Lobby inviting, neat and staffed. The property is worn out though. Carpeting old and stained, doors to the rooms are scuffed, scratched, looking like someone may have damaged them. Overall my stay was pleasant.
