Very clean, staff was efficient and helpful. No breakfast that I saw. Walls were aged and peeling, caulk in bathroom was brown, furniture was sticky. A/C worked well. Hot water arrived quickly. Relatively quiet. I liked that it was right across from the University, a very pretty campus to walk or ride. Good Price.

The rates are cheap, but that’s for a good reason. At check-in, the lobby was closed and I had to stand at an outdoor window. The attendant was not very friendly, and barely spoke to me. The room itself looked ok, other than very banged up furniture. The bathroom was atrocious. There was a huge hole above the shower that we didn’t notice until the next morning. We heard a dripping sound and realized the person above us was in the shower, and it was leaking through the ceiling and into our bathtub. You can clearly see they have patch this hole several times. I also called the office and asked about breakfast since their booking on here shows free breakfast. He said there was no breakfast. There’s also no business center. We could not move rooms either because they were completely booked. So, if you can stay somewhere else, stay there.

This is my first ever negative review. Usually I can find something positive. This place should be removed from any online booking site. The room was disgusting. Missing base boards revealed mold, The bathroom had hairs from previous guest. I pulled back the bedspread only to find specks of something?? We didn’t even bring luggage in. Turned around and left. An unfortunate waste of money followed by a 2 hour unplanned late night drive home but it’s one of those situations that you would’ve almost paid to NOT have to stay there. Several nice hotels in the Statesboro area but unavailable due to a college rivalry football game. We were hesitant to book and will never take a chance again. Pictures of rooms and premises are very deceiving. Run from this one. We should’ve taken pictures but couldn’t stomach being there a minute longer.

The check in was through a window and I could barely hear or understand the clerk. The lobby was NEVER unlocked and the "included" breakfast was not provided. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and had cigarette burns in the bedding. The mold in the bathroom was thriving and the toilet rocked when you sat on it. Filthy floor, nasty bed, just plain gross. We left after one night of our two night stay and I will sleep in my car rather than stay here ever again.

The motel is very old and outdated. The room was filthy. The walls and ceiling were stained. The baseboards were gone. The lobby is closed and there is no breakfast. Stay away from this motel!

Poorly maintained, noisy guest at 2 to 4 AM. Assigned smoking room when reservation was for non smoking, did reassign room. Linen was very old. Bathroom had hair on floor. No coffee in lobby which wasn’t open. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Property was nasty. Broken doors, toilets and windows. Damp carpet, outlets not working. ************ coming in and out throughout the night. We coudn't sleep as we didn't feel safe. That's how we saw the transactions. Burn marks on comforters. -10 all together. Paid for 4 nights and checked out next day to sleep in our car which was a better option than this hotel.

I couldn’t wait to leave..not a comfortable clean stay..I had a feeling it was going to be a run down hotel and sure nough it was..chair dirty comforter stained with holes..carpet cut out..only thing I can say is the shower was decent..other than that I was ready to leave before I checked in..all I can say you pay for what you get and for the price I knew not to have my expectations high..

The room was very dirty and smelled like smoke. The comforters had stains on them. The carpet was filthy. Would not recommend staying here at all
