斯泰茨伯勒温德姆戴斯酒店(Days Inn by Wyndham Statesboro)

The manager and owner are very dishonest. They refuse to refund my debit card the exceed charges and double charged me using my credit card. I was charged $451.95 0n my debit card and & $ 307.24 on my credit card for a 1 night stay. I will be reporting them to Dept of consumer affairs. I'm currently disputing the charges with my bank. Never ever again!

The staff was nice but the property was in disrepair. The covered areas were torn and leaked in rain. The TV in the room didn't work, nor did the coffee maker - the tray for the coffee pouch was missing. There were no bath towels in the room the first night and the front desk did not have a key to the storage room to provide. I got provisions for breakfast at the grocery store next door and got coffee each morning at the adjacent Dunkin Doughnuts. Won't stay here again.

Ahora la Modalidad es que no te limpian diario la Habitación si la Camarera pasa temprano y todavía estás en ella ya no regresan a limpiarla por lo que durante toda mi estancia ahí jamás la Limpiaron.

La limpiesa del hotel fue muy pobre, las toallas manchadas, las sabanas manchadas, no tenian jabon para duch****, todo sucio

The ice maker near my room was missing. The refrigerator in my room was not working but was still so noisy I could not sleep. The room heat was not operating properly. The dining room had construction debris scattered in the area. For some reason I was asked to leave a $50 deposit at check in. I think I should have a refund.

Hair in the pillows, stains on the bed spread, the ceiling looked like it was covered in mold, the floors were dirty, no lights connected to the switch (lamp in the corner had no bulb), the chair had a nasty stain, the door looked like tried to claw out. Slept in our clothes. For what we paid, I expected a lot more.

First room smoked in. 2nd room ac no control knobs. Back to 1st room: No towels, no trash can, tv don't work, 2 lamps and cable box unplugged, trace of white dust on counter and floor, towel rack when touched fell in the floor Receptionist was polite and helpful. Management and maintenance appeared nonexistent.

Not 1 of, but the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Room was cold, heater had no knobs to control it. Pillows were more like couch throw pillows, room smelled like saw dust. Bath tub was dirty ( not real bad, but still). Coffee was available in the room, but no machine to bRew it. Parking ****** as cars were double and triple parked. This should be more of a $50-$60 a night stay, definitely not what was paid. Unfortunately i arrived very late and needed sleep, so i wasent able to find another place to stay.
