El servicio y las instalaciones muy buenas!! Personal atento. Habitaciones limpias y ordenadas. En lo único que me decepciono es que NO pude pagar el total de la estadía al momento del check Out en efectivo . Esto no lo vi al momento de la reservación. He viajado tanto en America como en Europa y en todos los hoteles pude pagar al final en efectivo aunque siempre reservé con tarjeta de crédito. Deberían dar la opción para realizar el pago, ya que no tías las personas desean cargar a la tarjeta de crédito.

Es muy agradable y muy cerca a muchas tiendas es un hotel tranquilo y sobre todo son respetuosos. Yo estuve porun tiempo y todo bien dos cositas básica q uno mismo puede arreglar pero de lo de más todo perfecto

No me gusto que la habitación dé aún lado estuviera gente tomando , no hicieron mucho ruido pero si me hizo sentir incómoda e intranquila ya que se veían personas con un aspecto no muy propio

Esta al alcance de presupuesto y las habitaciones son comodas y acojedoras

Room was dated but staff was helpful and kind and the property accepts pets. Parking was easy, right outside the room. For the price and convenience and allowing well behaved pets, it was great! The beds were comfortable ( we had premium room) just wish they were able to provide more pillows.

The staff was super rude. I went down to the front desk to ask for more pillows. I was told there was no way to give me anymore. The two that were on the beds were the smallest pillows ever.

A little perturbed that the rep at the desk told me that my card was already charged “this morning” before I even checked in. Mind you we didn’t get here until about 5:40pm because of the traffic coming in. Had we not needed a room for the night for my husbands event tomorrow the $185 spent on the room could’ve been used on something else that would’ve been worth it. On top of the fact the “housekeeper” left a “I took pride in cleaning your room” but yet the chair & desk table were still grimey with dirt particles. We are germophobes and wipe everything down everywhere we go. The dirty disinfectant wipe showed me otherwise. And we got 3 flat as a pancake pillows to “sleep” on…never again!
