I chose to stay here because i have a 14 week-old puppy, and the hotel claims to be very "pet-friendly", however puppy's are like babies and they have ACCIDENTS, and when my puppy had an accident on the bed in the middle of the night, i called the front desk asking if i could bother them for a new comforter, and i placed the potty-wet comforter in a bag for them. The following morning, the MANAGER had the cojones to tell me that my puppy is a "bad dog" and that i "should just leave the property", and i did just that, i cancelled the remainder of my stay (and got my money back), and left the property with my "bad dog", only after telling her that is was MY FAULT for not getting up to take my "bad dog" out to pee when my "bad dog" was trying to tell me that he had to go. My "bad dog" is a puppy, not to be compared to the other mutts staying at the hotel that were BARKING and RUNNING up and down the hotel hallways. I wonder, if someone were staying here with an infant, and that infant wet the bed, would the staff here feel they have the right to comment and tell you that your child is a "bad kid", hmm? Just do your job and wash the bedsheets. Disgusting customer service.
Additionally to this, the property outside is gross. The grass is littered over with garbage, cigarette buds, and dog feces because other owners don't pick up their dogs business and throw it away i guess. Clean your property, its disgusting.
I will never give my business to this hotel again.
