斯波坎市區會議中心萬怡酒店(Courtyard Spokane Downtown at the Convention Center)

While the staff was nice and the hotel was decent. There was cups and food left all over in the halls on the floor. The pool wasn’t heated and had so many screaming kids without parents staying in to watch them. Floors were extremely wet. Reason I booked this hotel was for the pool and it was very disappointing. Overall the stay was okay but not worth 200$ a night.

The hotel was clean and the staff courteous. I was disappointed when the desk clerk suggested we bring everything in from our vehicle since they were a downtown hotel. We were heading on a camping trip so the car was loaded and not practical to empty into a hotel room. The parking lot was dark and had plenty of trees making it perfect for local bandits, I didn’t see any security while there but may just have missed them if they were there. A good hotel would do more to ensure the safety of guests. Better parking lot lighting would be a sure deterrent to thieves as would visible security. The bed was great.

Couldn’t even use the pool.. which was the main reason of staying at the hotel.. there was a big group of adults drinking in the hot tub and their kids were diving and screaming in the pool you couldn’t even hear yourself talk..

Everything was great except for way too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub. Stays with you even after a shower, granddaughter threw up from the chlorine vapors. All of our eyes were burning. Other than that, I love the place and stay there often

It was very clean and friendly and walkable to downtown and park. No hot cookies like most Marriott I have been to though.

Great location in downtown Spokane. Main lobby is very cozy, modern and a great place to work or relax. I appreciated the rooms have a balcony and sliding door to open to get fresh air.

Overall experience was okay. Have stayed at hotel in past and it is evident there is some age and wear and tear of the building. The one complaint was the room was not very clean with hair in the shower and on the toilet seat while the mirror had smudge marks.

Room was clean and staff was nice. No continental breakfast was a minus considering the price of the room.

The staff was very helpful at check in. The room was clean and the property was in good condition.
