阿瑞埃姆酒店(Hotel Atrium)

房間很大，床和浴室有兩個水槽，當你共用一個房間時，這一點會很感激。非常乾淨的飯店。自助早餐非常好：品種很多，品質優良。我要了花生醬煎餅，他們給我帶來了滿滿一碗！水療中心也非常好：非常適合放鬆。工作人員非常細心和友好。酒店門前就有一家超市。飯店離市中心有點遠，但可以步行前往：大約20分鐘左右。如果沒有，您可以要求一輛在克羅埃西亞運行良好的 Uberr。我喜歡這家酒店。這是一家真正的五星級酒店。完全推薦！

this is not by any consideration a 5 stars hotel. it is old, dirty and, in my case, for example, the doors of the closet were not working and were not even during our stay. the breakfast offered was of poor quality and, for example we asked for natural orange juice and sparkling water and the answer was that they did not have it. A final paragraph for the personnel. Super bad education, bad manners, etc. when we were checking in, given the fact that I was not receiving the promised by American Express centurion, the front office lady told me: " you can leave and go to to another hotel if you want and I cancel your reservation now and we are fully booked..." unreal! finally, location is terrible...

A nossa experiência neste hotel foi péssima. Quando chegámos o quarto , triplo, estava limpo e aparentemente tudo parecia em condições contudo, à noite as luzes não apagavam foi necessária a intervenção da recepcionista que as desligou no quadro. No dia seguinte quando regressámos o quarto não tinha sido limpo nem tinham trocado as toalhas, na receção informaram nada poderem fazer por já não terem pessoal de limpeza a trabalhar, ofereceram a chave de outro quarto para dormimos mas só com 2 camas, eramos 3 adultos. No terceiro dia saímos cedo e quando regressamos o quarto continuava põr limpar e sem toalhas lavadas, o lixo nos caixotes ,voltam a dizer que lamentam mas nada podiam fazer. O recepcionista após alguma insistência da nossa parte para se resolver a situação, diz literalmente " não estão satisfeitos fazem o check out e procurem outro hotel". Pedimos livro de reclamações diz não haver ,recusa identificar- se,o gerente não está... dão- nos a chave de outro quarto 2 andares abaixo e temos que fazer as malas e mudar tudo. O quarto é mais pequeno, colocam um divã e as condições são inferiores às por nós requeridas e pagas. Finalmente o gerente oferece o jantar para amenizar a situação mas só de acordo com a possibilidade de escolha de um menu pré estabelecido onde nem um copo se agua edtava contemplado...uma vergonha. Foi uma experiência muito desagradável pautada pela falta de educação do funcionário e por uma total falta de respeito por nós. Acrescentar ainda que a partir do final da tarde o bar do hotel estava fechado e era impossível comprar uma água.

We stayed here for one night for a Gate one tour. We were able to walk to to the beach in Taurus area. Takes about 20 to 30 minutes. Comfortable room. We faced the street and it was quiet. Breakfast was nice. Had plenty of choices. We were so busy being Taurus. We did not have advantage of the spa. Located by main drag. Easy to get a cab or Uber.

Very modern hotel within a 20 minute walk to the centre of Split. Rooms are huge with outstanding bathroom. The bed was large and very comfortable. boutique style hotel. The hotel was quiet and catered for holiday and business staff. The staff spoke good English. Lovely bar staff. So helpful.

Spent 3 nights in the Atrium in Early June 2023. The hotel was situated approx 1 mile from the centre/Old Town. The Atrium was a great hotel with good rooms and friendly staff. The executive room was spacious and modern. The breakfast was of a good standard with lots of choices . A special mention to Ivan in reception who was extremely helpful and courteous. 5 Star service.

Excellent experience! Great breakfast offer for all tastes. After workday, it was pleasant to spend time in spa centre (two saunas and swimming pool). Helpful staff. Spacious rooms. Would recommend to have spa area opened from 7 for business guests to have swim before breakfast. Centre is in 20 minutes walking distance. Shopping mall just around the corner.

This hotel looks great in photos but the rooms themselves are very rundown. One of our rooms had what looked like a bloodstain on the carpet and both of our rooms had a very strange chemical smell. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to a friend.
