Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve never written a negative review on a hotel… ever. But this one warrants it. Found wrappers in bed - manager said I was “looking too hard.” Bright red stain in bed, overall cleanliness was atrocious. Bugs around, manager said “I didn’t see any bugs.” Manager claims she’s NEVER missed anything on an inspection, ever. Have to give her points for how humble she was in being the manager of the grossest hotel of all time. Her staff tells her she’s the best… I’m sure. Claims front desk agent me if I wanted a different room - absolutely did not happen, just let me leave. Run, not walk away from this poorly run hotel. Of all the places to stay in the area, it’s not worth the headache. Would not refund room, didn’t offer another room - blamed it all on me “looking too hard.”

Our deadbolt lock was broken and busted off the walls. The leather chair was completely peeling, and our curtains were splattered with stains? One of the baseboards was also exposed and missing. Overall, it was really busted up and rough in there. It seemed decently clean at least, just broken stuff everywhere.

The room accomodation was comfortable, since it had a little extra room, being a small suite. The condition of the furniture was not great, but the thermostat was easy to operate, for a change. Convenient location and also good area to take a walk. Staff was friendly and accomodating. sorry this hotel didnot have a restaurant, but the breakfast was okay

I appreciate that you offer breakfast variety plus extended times.Saves from having to go out before you are ready. Can go back to room and relax before starting the day. Pop and snack machines are convenient.

I liked the fact the property was clean. The one thing I didn't like was the slamming of the doors early in the AM, say around 3 or 4:30am, but I believe it was due to the doors not closing like they should. Outside of that, my stay was very pleasant.

Stayed one night after an event in Detroit. Room was okay, but old and in desperate need of updating. Check in was extremely slow for being prepaid. The drapes were torn and would not close because they were partially off their tracks. Basic room - rate too high.

I was in for the weekend to attend family events and the hotel was perfect for my needs. Conveniently close, quiet, clean, and the staff was attentive, courteous, and professional. I would stay here again on my next trip to the area. Thank you!

Room was clean and comfortable, until 330 am when the people in the adjoining room decided to have a party. Not only did they repeatedly pound on our connecting door and attempt to enter, but we were unable to get ahold of the front desk for some time. When the clerk answered they told the people to be quiet, which lasted about 30 minutes. By morning we'd gotten 3 hours of sleep and our clothes smelled like pot. Miserable and concerning night!
