底特律南菲爾德萬豪SpringHill酒店(SpringHill Suites Detroit Southfield)

This was the first time to stay at the hotel. I felt so goos. Looking forward to next stay.

They had me check into a room that was dirty. It was leftover wash, clothes and dirty towels in the bathroom. The bed and pillows has stains on them. I asked about getting another room they would not accommodate me.

I booked two rooms and when I arrived to the hotel, the hotel gave me only one and the other room were booked to someone else. This is BS

It was very noisy during our stay. Very loud banging noises from the floor above all during the night. Inconveniently, a construction crew had to make repairs in my room during my remote work hours. The pool was unavailable for a couple of days. The conference room was unavailable. Nice staff, but was disturbed twice despite our "do not disturb" sign on the door.

My card was double charged and the hotel was not interested in helping I had to report fraud and cancel my card when clearly the hostess charged me twice and I told him at time of checking in he assured me i wasn’t charged twice!!! And I was

I booked a whirlpool tub room and they said I had to call ahead to book it. I was already here

The hotel was in a convenient location. Front desk associates were very helpful. What I didn't like was parents had no control over there kids. Running back and forth to the pool/excersize room without any supervision. Too many kids in the hot tub, no room for adults.

Room was not clean for the 2 days stay , towel and bed was not even made , no room service at all
