Staff was accomodating and friendly. Communal shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap is a little off putting. Beds give way too much. No support at all.

The room and beds very comfortable. Didn't know they were not cleaning our room during our stay.

The hotel was extremely clean and tidy. My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything looks newly updated except for the TVs which is a little strange. The shower head was very high which made it difficult for me to adjust the water pressure. The breakfast wasn't so good - the eggs and biscuits were overcooked. This was a bit of a disappointment since I usually really enjoy a Holiday Inn Express breakfast.

Had rooms for me and my mom and dad. Left on Saturday to go be with family, came in late only to find that the rooms had not been cleaned, trash had not been emptied, and towels had not been restocked.

Upon arrival, Shaniqua texted to assure that we were satisfied with our room. She was timely in bringing up a crib for our baby to sleep in. She was polite and friendly. The room was very clean and we were pleased with the amenities in the room. The hotel is quiet and well maintained. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Service was great. Danielle checked me in and followed up throughout my stay. She was a pleasure to interact with!

When our granddaughter plays in golf tournaments at Pinehurst, we always stay here. The staff is friendly and professional. It is the perfect location to golf courses, restaurants, shops, etc. the free breakfasts are awesome. We will be back in a few months.

Have the most friendly and helpful staff, easy to check in and close to variety of food choices

This property gained me as a life customer. Excellent rooms, breakfast and service. I arrived early and the lady was kind enough to give me an early check in. Loved every day of it.
